Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data

Declaration of consent for processing personal data in accordance with Art. 7 of Regulation 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

I agree that my personal data, namely three names, address and e-mail address, are processed by THB Distribution OOD for the fulfillment of a contract for purchased goods or ordered service, as well as for sending informational and advertising messages about the products and services of THB Distribution OOD .   I give my consent for the period necessary to fulfill the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and THB Distribution OOD , and then for the shorter of: 1) the stipulated period for storing contractual documents according to the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria or 2) the period of 5 years.

I am informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time by requesting it at Exercise your rights! , and that my request may not be granted if it conflicts with the performance of the controller's legal obligations or the public interest.
